Accessibility (ADA) Policy

A proposed commitment to more accessible CrafPrint experiences.

Draft for business and legal review ? not yet effective.

Prepared September 13, 2026. Operator details and applicable practices must be confirmed before publication.

This draft is issued by CrafPrint, LLC, North Carolina, United States.

Our accessibility goal

CrafPrint aims to make its website and business tools usable by people with disabilities. This statement describes an accessibility goal, not an independent audit, certification, or guarantee of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act or every applicable accessibility law.

Design and evaluation approach

The proposed technical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Relevant work includes keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful labels, text alternatives, readable contrast, responsive layouts, understandable errors, and compatibility with assistive technologies. Conformance and applicable legal requirements must be evaluated against actual pages and workflows; naming a standard does not establish that it has been met.

Current status and limitations

A comprehensive independent accessibility evaluation has not been completed. Complex workflows such as charts, production boards, dialogs, third-party integrations, and document outputs require additional testing. Third-party content may have accessibility limitations. CrafPrint should track issues, prioritize barriers, and provide appropriate alternatives rather than assuming an automated scanner or overlay resolves accessibility.

Report an accessibility barrier

Email contact@crafprint.com or use the contact page. Include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, a description of the barrier, and your preferred contact method. Browser or assistive-technology details are helpful but optional. Please do not include passwords, private customer records, or unnecessary medical information.

Request an alternative

If you cannot access information or complete a task, describe the information or assistance you need and a format or communication method that works for you. Requests should be reviewed for an appropriate accessible alternative. A response-time commitment and escalation process must be approved before this statement becomes effective.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility work should include manual keyboard and assistive-technology testing, user feedback, and review of new features. This draft should be updated with verified evaluation dates, tested scope, known barriers, responsible contacts, and remediation progress before it is adopted as the public accessibility statement.
