Scope and operator
This proposed policy covers CrafPrint marketing pages and the customer business-management application. The operator is CrafPrint, LLC, located in North Carolina, United States. Its postal contact address must be added before this policy becomes effective. Separate providers may have their own privacy notices.
Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, information may include account details, business contact details, customer and vendor records, orders, products, inventory, invoices, expenses, tasks, artwork, files, and messages you submit. Please upload only information you are authorized to share. Contact inquiries may include your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Technical information and browser storage
Hosting and service infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser information, request details, and security logs. The application uses browser session storage for authentication and workspace selection. Print Shop preview records and edits are stored separately in browser session storage. See the Cookie Policy for current storage details. A production inventory of logs, vendors, and tracking technologies must be confirmed before publication.
Purposes of processing
Proposed purposes are providing requested account and business tools, authenticating users, displaying and updating business records, responding to inquiries, maintaining security, troubleshooting, and meeting applicable legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, it must be identified for the relevant purpose, such as performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, or consent. Optional marketing or tracking must not be treated as necessary account processing.
Service providers and integrations
CrafPrint may use hosting, authentication, database, communications, payment, and other service providers when those services are enabled. The current application includes Supabase authentication/database integration. A provider appearing on a roadmap is not proof of an active data connection. Before connecting a third-party service, review its permissions and terms. Final provider identities, processing locations, AI data practices, and any sale, sharing, or advertising use must be verified before this notice is adopted.
Business customer data
Businesses using CrafPrint are responsible for their own customer notices, collection permissions, and instructions concerning records they upload. CrafPrint may act on a business customer's behalf for workspace records while acting independently for its own account administration. These roles, processing instructions, and any required data-processing agreement must be confirmed in the final service arrangements.
Retention and security
Records should be retained only as needed for the stated purposes, legal obligations, and legitimate dispute or security requirements. A final retention and deletion schedule, including backups and closed accounts, must be approved before launch. No online service can promise absolute security. The existence of authentication or tenant controls is not a claim of certification or a guarantee against unauthorized access.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to an appropriate regulator. Contact contact@crafprint.com with your request. Identity verification and exceptions may apply. If your information was supplied by a business using CrafPrint, that business may need to handle your request. Do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents in an initial email.
International processing, minors, and updates
If data is transferred internationally, applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be addressed in the final notice and contracts. CrafPrint is intended for business use, not as a service directed to children. Minimum account-age requirements and any required child-data procedures must be finalized. Material policy changes should be communicated as required by applicable law.
