Agreement and eligibility
These terms are a draft and do not yet establish a binding service agreement. The operator is CrafPrint, LLC, located in North Carolina, United States. Before adoption, its postal address, effective date, applicable age requirements, and acceptance process must be confirmed. A person opening a business account must have authority to act for that business.
Accounts and authorized use
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and limiting access to authorized people. Notify CrafPrint if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not access another customer's records, bypass security controls, distribute malware, interfere with service operation, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the content and business records you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process artwork, customer information, and other materials. The proposed service license permits CrafPrint and its authorized providers to host, copy, transmit, and process that content only as necessary to provide the requested service and fulfill lawful obligations. Any additional AI training or promotional use requires separately reviewed terms and appropriate permission.
Plans, pricing, and billing
Approved plans are Starter ($9.99/month or $99/year), Business ($17.99/month or $179/year), Pro ($29.99/month or $299/year), and Print Shop ($49.99/month or $499/year). Annual prices are billed annually, not monthly. All plans include a 14-day free trial; there is no permanent free plan. Business Text Messaging is an optional add-on with pricing not yet approved. Checkout must disclose the actual charge, applicable taxes, renewal terms, trial conversion, and cancellation method before purchase. This draft does not establish automatic renewal, refund exclusions, or cancellation deadlines.
Feature availability and third parties
Plan descriptions distinguish available features from planned capabilities. A plan name or preview does not activate an unimplemented service. Third-party accounts, approvals, terms, and charges may be required for integrations. CrafPrint does not control independent provider availability. Print Shop preview records are examples, and edits in that preview do not update your real business records or subscription.
Calculators, reports, and AI outputs
You are responsible for checking inputs, outputs, production specifications, artwork rights, and business decisions. Calculations and AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Business reports and cost tools are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. No revenue, profitability, output accuracy, or uninterrupted-service guarantee is made by a demonstration or marketing example.
CrafPrint materials
CrafPrint branding, software, and site materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. The service does not grant ownership of CrafPrint assets or third-party marks. Any permitted use must follow applicable licenses and permissions.
Suspension, closure, and data access
Access may need to be restricted to address unlawful use, security threats, or a material breach, subject to applicable law and final service terms. Account closure, subscription cancellation, data export, retention, and deletion procedures must be documented before paid service terms are adopted. No forfeiture of customer data or particular deletion deadline is established by this draft.
Service commitments and disputes
The proposed governing law is the law of North Carolina, United States, without displacing mandatory rights under other applicable laws. Any service warranties, support commitments, liability limits, indemnities, venue, or dispute-resolution process require review for the operator's jurisdiction and customer locations. No arbitration clause, class-action waiver, liability cap, or waiver of mandatory consumer rights is imposed by this draft.
Privacy, changes, and contact
