Planned business text messaging will let you send and receive customer messages through CrafPrint without using a personal phone number.
Possible capabilities include two-way SMS, order notifications, payment reminders, pickup notifications, customer replies, and communication history. Provider usage costs apply separately; add-on pricing and allowances are not yet approved.

CrafPrint brings operational information together so you can understand sales, invoices, payments, expenses, profitability, customers, products, inventory, vendor spending, and production.
The reporting direction includes viewing, filtering, printing, PDF download, and CSV export, with capabilities varying by plan. A basic date-filtered business summary and CSV export are implemented. Expanded reports, printing tools, and PDF exports are planned. CrafPrint is not tax-preparation software and does not promise formal accounting statements.

Pricing Questions
Is there a free plan?
No. CrafPrint offers a 14-day free trial. There is no permanent free plan.
Can I change plans later?
CrafPrint is designed to grow with your business. Plan-change timing and billing terms are still being finalized; contact us for guidance before choosing a plan.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Choose Monthly or Annual billing using the toggle above. Annual prices are Starter $99/year, Business $179/year, Pro $299/year, and Print Shop $499/year, billed annually. Monthly equivalents are shown for comparison only.
Are text messages included?
Business SMS is a planned optional add-on unless specifically included in a future plan allowance. Pricing and message allowances are not yet approved.
Can I send invoices on every plan?
Yes. Invoicing is a core CrafPrint feature in every plan. Invoice creation is implemented; email sending and PDF downloads are planned.
Does CrafPrint replace my accountant?
CrafPrint helps organize operational financial information, invoices, expenses, profitability, and reports. It is not intended to replace professional accounting or tax advice.
Are integrations included with every plan?
Integrations vary by plan: selected productivity integrations begin with Business, accounting and selected sales channels with Pro, and advanced integrations with Print Shop. These connectors are planned. Core payment infrastructure is separate from premium integrations.
